Day-to-day at Mothercare looks a little different than a few years ago but some things haven’t changed; our passion for helping parents and children around the world, our drive to grow the business and our connection with colleagues.
Working with us means working with a team of people who really care. People who tell stories, host virtual coffee mornings and will make you feel welcome from day one of your journey. We’re friends as well as colleagues and days spent working remotely doesn’t change that. It just means we don’t have to commute very far for meetings!

That’s why we support flexible working and want to ensure our colleagues enjoy a good work-life balance. This extends to your home working environment as many of us split our time between personal offices and Westside.
Speaking of having more time at home, we offer a Mothercare Day in addition to your annual leave (which increases with your length of service) so you can have more adventures (or lazy sofa days!) with your loved ones. New parents can also enjoy a day off for their child’s first birthday to celebrate the milestone together.
If you find yourself extra motivated and want to study, many teams offer support for qualifications that will help you progress. We also pride ourselves on the opportunity for cross-function experience and movement throughout the business.
