From season to season, our Merchandising Team are busy planning exciting ranges across a diverse product offering. Though much of our work is detailed and data-orientated, we also look at the big picture and utilise partner insights to meet different cultural and climatic needs, and to match global trends.
Working in a creative environment, we collaborate with a fantastic team of buyers and designers to create cohesive, balanced and profitable ranges. From there, we are responsible for placing the global order book with our manufacturing partners and managing the availability of our many product categories in line with the critical path. With stock moving all year round, it’s a big task but it’s rewarding to help deliver our brand to a global audience.
